Parth Amin
Founder, CEO and Managing Director
Parth Amin is the Founder, Managing Director and
CEO of SLK Software Services and has full responsibility for the
operation of the company. Prior to assuming the role of CEO and
Managing Director of SLK Software Services, Parth was the Vice Chairman
and Managing Director of Kirloskar Computer Services.
Parth has spent over 15 years in the Information
Technology industry and has been involved with vertical segments
such as Software Development, Geographical Information Systems (GIS),
Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CAD), Data Enabled Solutions
(DES) and Multimedia.
Under Parth’s leadership, SLK Software Services
has evolved and grown to a strength of over 180 engineers in a span
of 2 years. His expertise in international business development
and broad customer knowledge has ensured that SLK has become a forerunner
in offshore software development.
Parth has a degree in Business Administration
from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. He has also
participated in the Executive Education program from Harvard Business
School, Boston, Massachusetts.
Parth is the driving force behind both SLK Software
Services and SLK IT Enabled Services.

Govinda Rao Birje S
General Manager - Operations
Govinda Rao Birje bears responsibility for the
entire operations of the company. He is the leading force behind
the various divisions of SLK ITES i.e. MFZD, GIS/CAD, Data Enabled
Services, Data Conversion and Human Resource Management. He has
rich work experience in companies like Kirloskar Electric Company
Limited; Kirloskar Computer services Limited & JDI Software.
Birje has over 25 years of varied and proven experience
in Business Unit Management in the areas Manual Flood Zone Determination,
GIS/CAD, Data Enabled Services, Data Conversion & Business Process
Outsourcing, involving project planning & scheduling, process
engineering, time study analysis & estimation, team building,
customer interaction, delivery schedules, Implementation, driving
revenues, project analysis with ROI and man power resources management,
among others.
Birje graduated from MES College, Bangalore, in
1973 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.

Shankar Narayan
Shankar Narayan has over 20 years of wide and
varied experience in Sales and Marketing with the last 8years actively
in the Global markets. In his earlier assignment with Daxxes Corporation
of Canada, he has undergone advanced training in International Marketing
and principles of project management in North America. With a keen
interest in Quality control procedures, Shankar has taken lot of
initiatives in all his previous assignments to achieve this goal.
As a member of the Geo Spatial Information and
Technology association, America, Shankar is well versed in the area
of AM/FM/GIS. Till recently, he was the President of COSMIC, India,
a Consortium Of Specialized IT Companies where he had taken a lot
of initiatives for global outsourcing.
Prior to joining the SLK family, Shankar was the
Director – Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of GDR Software
Ltd., Bangalore.
Shankar is a Post Graduate in Marketing Management.

V L Muralikrishna
Senior Manager - Projects
V L Muralikrishna bears responsibility of projects from the nascent
stages till execution. Murali’s career spans across IT companies
like Kirloskar Computer services Limited, JDI Software & Bharat
Heavy Electronics Limited.
Murali has over 15 years of varied
and proven experience in Business Unit Management in the areas of
Geographical Information Systems and Computer Aided Design &
Drafting, Data Enabled Services, Data Conversion & Business
Process Outsourcing, involving project planning & scheduling,
process engineering, team building, customer interaction, delivery
schedules, driving revenues, project analysis with ROI and man power
resources management, among others. He heads a team of more than
100 engineers, involved in various BPO operations.
Murali holds a Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering awarded by the Department of Technical Education, Karnataka.

(MFZD)
Srikanth Ramesh is responsible for planning, scheduling
and execution of the project. His career spans across reputed players
in the Industry like Kirloskar Computer services Limited & JDI
Software.
Srikanth has 8 years of experience in the areas
of Business Process Outsourcing; Data Conversion & IT enabled
services, involving project planning, process engineering, team
building, customer relationship management, delivery schedules and
man power resources management. He manages a team of about 40 engineers,
involved in the execution of the MFZD project.
Srikanth holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
granted by the Department of Technical Education, Karnataka.

Project Leader – Data Enabled Services
Division (DES)
Sanjiv K S is responsible for all aspects of the
ongoing projects in this division. He has been associated with reputed
companies like Kirloskar Computer Services Limited and JDI Software.
Sanjiv has over 17 years of experience spanning
various areas of Data Enabled services, conversion, project planning
and scheduling, and interaction with clients to understand their
requirements & shouldering responsibility for timely execution
of projects.
Sanjiv graduated from MES College, Bangalore,
in 1985 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

experience in the areas of Geographical Information Systems, Computer

leads a team of more than 15 engineers, involved in various operations
and execution of the project.
Pramod holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded
by the Department of Technical Education, Karnataka.
